I can’t say enough good things about Dave Garretson with Crescent City Home Mortgage. From the beginning, Dave treated me like more than just a client. He was easy to talk to, honest, responsive, and genuinely cared about helping me through the process.

What stood out most is that Dave and I ended up building a real friendship along the way. We connected not just over the mortgage side of things, but also over our shared love for dogs, which made the whole experience feel even more personal and comfortable. That kind of relationship is rare in business today.

Back in 2019, we purchased our first house and initially went through a popular builder's mortgage company but after a negative experience, we looked for a new loan officer and found Dave and his team at CC. From the start of the process to the end we were treated like a top tier client. We had a complicated situation and Dave and team made it seem effortless and put our minds at ease every single step of the way. Not to mention, our first home cost $196,000. David treated us like we were a multimillion dollar client and I will never forget that. In 2022, we bought our second home and it took no time to decide to use Dave and his team again. They were outstanding and really made us feel heard and valued. I have recommended many people to Dave- especially if they're new to the process. We are considering buying our third home and will be using them again. You cannot put a price on how you are treated and in my opinion, the service and care put into one of the biggest financial decisions of our lives was immeasurable. Highly recommend.

David was an amazing help throughout the whole process and made every step smooth and effortless. There where no hiccups along the way because David and his team are on top of their game. My husband and I have been on the path back to homeownership for the last twelve years. We received countless denials, but no one ever took the time to explain to us why we were denied.

Our realtor connected us with David in November of 2021. Once he pulled our credit even though we were not approved he told us exactly what to do and within in 30 days we received our yes. We began our house hunting process in December of 2021 and we found our dream home in June of 2022.

The loan process was very smooth and seamless. David and his team took the stress out of the process We closed right at 30 days and there were no delays or setback unlike when I purchased my first home.
