David was an amazing help throughout the whole process and made every step smooth and effortless. There where no hiccups along the way because David and his team are on top of their game. My husband and I have been on the path back to homeownership for the last twelve years. We received countless denials, but no one ever took the time to explain to us why we were denied.

Our realtor connected us with David in November of 2021. Once he pulled our credit even though we were not approved he told us exactly what to do and within in 30 days we received our yes. We began our house hunting process in December of 2021 and we found our dream home in June of 2022.

The loan process was very smooth and seamless. David and his team took the stress out of the process We closed right at 30 days and there were no delays or setback unlike when I purchased my first home.

David helped us make it to the finish line after 12 years.

My name is Justin S. Robertson, a retired United States Army veteran. For almost 20 years, I had not had the opportunity to truly call a place back home my own. After years of serving my country, traveling, sacrificing, and being away from home, I never imagined how much it would mean to finally have a place where I could plant my roots and begin a new chapter in my life.

But sometimes God places people in your path who don't just talk about making a difference — they actually change your life. For me, that person was Mr. David.

From the very first day, Mr. David believed in making my dream of homeownership a reality. He didn't just see another client or another application. He saw a veteran with a dream, and he made it his mission to help me achieve it. He worked tirelessly to get me approved, and along the way, he sent me what I can only describe as an angel, Ms. Ashley, my realtor. Together, with the dedication of his entire office, they worked and worked, refusing to give up until everything finally came together.

And on September 30th, I sat down and signed the papers for MY HOME! 🏡❤️

I can't fully explain the emotions that came over me at that moment. After nearly two decades of being away from home, after the sacrifices, the long roads, and the many chapters of my military journey, I finally had something that was mine. A place to call home. A place to find peace. A place to build memories. A place where this old soldier could finally put down his bags and say, "I'm home."

I'll never forget something Mr. David told me during this journey. He said, "I'm a man who makes dreams come true."

Well, Mr. David, I want you to know that you weren't just speaking words. YOU MADE MY DREAM COME TRUE!

To Mr. David, Ms. Varnado, Ms. Ashley, and the entire team, thank you from the bottom of my heart. Thank you for your patience, your dedication, your hard work, and most importantly, for believing in me. You may see people buying houses every day, but please understand that for some of us, you're doing so much more than helping us purchase a home. You're giving us hope, restoring our faith, and helping us start a new chapter in life.

To anyone out there who dreams of becoming a homeowner but doesn't know where to begin, I encourage you to give this team a call. Allow them to guide you through the home-buying process. Sometimes all it takes is the right people believing in your dream and helping you find a way to make it happen.

Mr. David and Ms. Varnado, I pray that God continues to bless you and your team so that you can continue changing lives and making dreams come true for many more families and veterans.

Crescent City Home Mortgage was the absolute best company to work with! They made the entire process as seamless as possible, even when we encountered several roadblocks along the way. Doug was always quick to respond, incredibly knowledgeable, and helped guide us in the right direction every step of the way.

This was our third home loan with Crescent City, and I truly don’t think we would use anyone else! Their rates were also the most competitive when I compared options. We can’t say enough good things about Doug and the entire team!

Back in 2019, we purchased our first house and initially went through a popular builder's mortgage company but after a negative experience, we looked for a new loan officer and found Dave and his team at CC.
